Client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Admin with relevant experience in Platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical Support
job Description;
- Must have over 8+ years in development experience specific to implementation of the CSM / Telecom - OM module in ServiceNow, with at least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Recent experience in senior development lead role.
- Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS
- Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
Skills and Experience
- Implementation of the CSM / Telecom - OM module in ServiceNow
- Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
- ServiceNow Platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support
- Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
- Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc
- Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
