Minimum 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
Must have advanced Portal Development experience (developing widgets in Angular JS, portal design, page configuration, integration, etc.)
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, with Customer Service Management (CSM) a must
Hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designer and/or traditional workflows.
Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Data model.
Experience in Custom Application Development
Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration hub.
Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc. Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts.
Experience building dashboards and reports.
Experience with App Engine Experience with UI Builder, a plus Experience with Decision Builder functionality, a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior formal ServiceNow training/certifications preferable. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest ServiceNow features
