JOB DETAIL

• Recommend necessary resource support to carry out all business support functions

• Identifies, gathers, collaborates, and communicates best practices, continuous improvement activities, and problem resolution to improve KPIs

• Collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups within Region, Market (field), and HQ teams to implement improvements

• Support Region team in any assigned activities

• Contributes to meetings with internal T-Mobile teams in the field, regional, and national functions to support as needed

• Prepare presentations, excel reports, data analysis as needed

  • Candidates must have experience in materials, reverse logistics or supply chain management
  • Remote candidates will be considered

Skillset Matrix: MUST:

  • Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - (I.E Programs, systems, etc) MS Office (excel pivots and VLOOKUP), RFDS, BAT, AIMSPLUS
  • What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks)
  • Manage Forward/Reverse Logistics reporting in AIMPLUS (requires engagement with market teams and national); Support BOM approval as needed; Must have: exceptional Excel skills and flexibility to support regional needs

Priority soft skills:

One-on-one communication over Slack/ Team / Webex, etc. and ability to work with market teams for problem resolution
