Should have very good knowledge on the end to end life cycle spanning across loan origination, servicing, collections and delinquency management. Should have worked hands on loan origination and loan servicing platforms
Should have thorough knowledge of the master data and test data required across the lending life cycle and related accounting entries
Should have thorough understanding of payments bill generation and statement generation for unsecured loan portfolios
Should have knowledge around user, application and test data configuration across the lending applications
Should have a clear understanding of the loan underwriting decision making process
Should be able to derive exhaustive validation scenarios based on defined user stories including negative testing.
Should have a clear understanding of internal and external integrations across the loan life cycle
Should have worked in onsite offshore model
Should be able to co-ordinate with Offshore and impart knowledge to them
Secondary Skillsets
Prior experience on lending platform migration will be a huge plus
Prior experience of performing functional validations in agile environment
Prior experience of data migration across lending platforms
