JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance our customer support and service capabilities.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, a deep understanding of customer service processes, and the ability to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Min 14+ years of Total IT Experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and data management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
