JOB DETAIL

  • 3+ years of experience of managing projects and leading a team of globally located personnel.
  • Ability to impact and influence people/areas in project-related matters.
  • Experience with Change Management a plus

  • Preparation, review, and presentation of project-related documents
  • Effectively communicate with Leadership and all departments regarding Validation activities
  • Organize and maintain project documentation.

Job Description:

  • Development and management of scope and schedule for the implementation of RegDesk Dash Regulatory Intelligence Cloud Software
  • Draft and approve Project Plan and project timeline.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirements and data, as well as with vendor technical resources for implementation and configuration of the system.
  • Create routine project review meeting cadences.
  • Management of overall project plan to ensure work is resourced to complete the project on time, within budget and quality.
  • Communication of project status and measures, project progress via key performance indicators as defined by project team.
  • Presentation of project status slide decks to senior leadership
  • Identification, tracking, management, and resolution of project issues
