•             Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent 4+ years experience

•             4+ years of experience in leading multi-faceted development Teams

•             Proven experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.

•             Strong understanding of networking principles in AWS environments.

•             Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

•             Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

•             Proven experience as a Systems Integrator, with a focus on integrating complex IT systems.

•             Strong knowledge of integration technologies, middleware, and protocols.

•             Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for custom integrations.

•             Familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and messaging systems.

•             Experience leading in an Agile organization

•             Experience with building relationships with business leaders

•             AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)

•             Candidates will have 3+ of these qualifications:

o             Experience with Angular, React, or other JavaScript frameworks / libraries

o             Experience with application containerization, deployment, and orchestration across environments

o             Experience with CI/CD and test automation

o             Experience with ServiceNow development

o             Experience with building and deploying containers

o             Experience in deployment patterns including Blue/Green, Rolling, and Canary

o             Experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or other similar relational database management

o             Experience with Web APIs and (REST) based communication

o             Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, Terraform

o             Experience building cloud-native applications in Azure, AWS, or Google

o             Experience in automated configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible

o             Experience with FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53

o             Experience writing and testing Web parts, content types, event handlers, custom workflows, and site definitions
