- Minimum 12-15+ years of experience. Should have experience in program management.
- Interact with Client Sr Leadership and work with other vendors involved in the program. Manage Program Risks/Dependencies with mitigation/contingency
- Guidewire and Cloud Development skills , Guidewire Insurance Suite, P&C Insurance domain, SAFe Agile
- Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification
- Extensive experience in Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center integration with external systems and tools
- In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices
- Program management as technical delivery of integrations with Guidewire PolicyCenter & BillingCenter.
