Experience in Mobile QA Testing - Functional and Automation.
To lead the quality strategy of mobile products, design test plans, lead QA Engineers, and be responsible for the overall integration accuracy.
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using
industry-accepted best practices.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying
industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality
goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services
and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
Qualifications -
Extensive experience in software development and testing
High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages
Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows
In-depth understanding ofc and XML
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
