SailPoint developers working on one of 3 teams within Cyber (Identity and Access Management)
Hands on SailPoint, solid trouble shooting and able to identify provisioning failures and fixing them
Putting monitoring in place for controls
Need solid communication skills as will be providing support to internal customers and power users
50% identifying issues and 50% fixing them
Day to day:
Certification Team (1 position): run campaigns; validations to make sure successful and access is there. Validate SQL queries. Once Certification is launched provide user support, trouble shoot, identify problems and fix them.
Defects and Enhancements Team (2 positions) : Enhance monitoring for full coverage, work on intent and issues as needed as they come in from Slack channel
Operations Team (1 position): BAU support, critical alert support with pager duty, failure in prod, supporting this, provisioning for access requests and someone needs to look into it—this team handles that
Issues are reported via Slack. Identify issues, identify causes and fix them. Will be connecting with end users directly, so need to be able to communicate effectively via screen sharing, etc.
Job Description:
4 + years of experience in below technologies .Strong Development and operational background
SailPoint, Java, SQL, Java Bean shell, Unix
Partner with Product teams and customers , design and develop robust solutions needed to support customer needs.
Perform RCA on Provisioning failures in the environment and Fix defects. Provide necessary short term and long term solutions to address failures.
Provide end-user support by partnering with Operations and Delivery teams.
Establish and implement a robust application monitoring process to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place.
Establish Monitoring and Alerting for Key Controls , work with Audit teams to support Control walkthrough and evidence
Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress
Perform User access certification activations and validations
Provide support on Cert creation and Modifications on a daily basis.
Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications
Provide Bulk requests support to Users and application teams
Perform ad hoc data requests and build operational reports
Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents
