Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile professional to join our team as an SAP Public Cloud Business Analyst / Tester/ Data Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation, testing, and optimization of SAP Public Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of business analysis, testing, and data analytics skills to contribute to our organization's digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

    Testing:

�        Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities.

�        Conduct system testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

�        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve defects.

    Implementation and Optimization:

�        Lead the implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

�        Continuously optimize and enhance SAP Public Cloud configurations to improve efficiency.

�        Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to support system adoption.

     Documentation:

�        Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

�        Ensure documentation is aligned with industry best practices and internal standards.

Required Skills

Testing:

�        Extensive experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

�        Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.

    Agile Environment:

�        Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum or Kanban teams.

�        Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively in a dynamic setting.

    Communication Skills:

�        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills in an Agile Environment:

1.      SAP Expertise:

�        Proven experience with SAP Private or Public Cloud solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANACloud and SAP Analytics Cloud. 

2.      Agile Certifications:

�        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.

3.      Collaboration Tools:

�        Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

4.      Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

�        Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools for Agile development.

5.      Adaptability:

�        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

6.      User Experience (UX) Understanding:

                �        Knowledge of UX principles to contribute to user-centric design and implementation.
