JOB DETAIL

PM – Reporting & Analytics

- This is a strong leadership position to Manage Reporting Workstream

- This person will be responsible to drive whole deployment from client perspective.

- Ideal candidate should have:

  • 15-20 Years of IT PM experience
  • Strong SAP BI background
  • Strong experience and understanding on Project Management and Project Management methodologies
  • Successful track record in project management
  • Strong Stakeholder Management, coordination skills and work across various workstreams and stakeholders
  • Focus on reporting, legacy reporting, blended reports, consolidation of reports and downstream impact assessment
  • Working knowledge of Reporting solutions such as SAP BW/BI preferred

 

In this position your accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Successful Project Deployment:

  • All milestones and deliverables according to the project charter are on time and within the expected quality
  • The relevant workstream tasks are delivered in accordance with the ASPIRE deployment methodology
  • Adhered to the standard deployment methodology ensuring compliance with the approach, governance, cost and service level parameters
  • The promotion and the deployment of the Global Template solution and potential deviations are handled according to the defined processes with the relevant development team.
  • Coordination of all the ASPIRE Reporting solutions deployment
  • Together with the Business Process Management (- Specialist) (BPM-S) and/or other teams, lead the successful execution of process workshops and alignment sessions with the sites as well as alignment on cross-functional topics with other process streams

 

Contribution, People Development and Coaching:

  • Insure proper team set up and tasks assignments, including the coordination with the deployment partner
  • Provide coaching and encourage peer coaching to enable self-managing teams and to develop a learning organization.
