Define and document master data specifications, business rules, data models, and data dictionaries for various data domains.
Create and update master data records in Oracle applications and other systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify, document, and implement master data requirements, rules, and workflows for various data domains, such as customers, vendors, products, materials, etc.
Manage and maintain master data in Oracle applications and other systems, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance with data governance policies and standards.
Perform data quality checks, audits, and remediation to identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies.
Execute and Support data migration, integration, and conversion projects by providing data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) services.
Develop and maintain data quality reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor and measure data quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions and process improvement.
Generate and distribute data quality reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and communicate data quality status and progress.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and management.
Train and support end users and data stewards on master data management processes, standards, and tools.
Maintain and update master data management documentation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in master data management, data quality, data analysis, or data governance roles.
Experience in the building materials industry or related fields is preferred.
Experience in working with Oracle applications is preferred.
Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools.
Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms and services.
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture principles and practices.
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience up and down the organization structure.
