REQUIRD SKILLS:
- At least 8-9 years' experience in the following:
- Ability to lead and manage large technical projects utilizing standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework.
- Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives.
- Ability to identify, lead, and implement project and portfolio management improvement initiatives based on industry best practices.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills:
- PMI/PMP certification
- ITIL certification
- Agile Scrum certification
Additional Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of Project Management Experience
- Experience of Agile- Scrum
- Experience in creating project boards and dashboards in JIRA
- Experience in all Scrum Artifacts and Ceremonies
- Scrum Master Certification Preferred
- Experience in Waterfall methodology
- Knowledge of PMI framework and methodologies.
- Knowledge of business analysis processes.
- Knowledge of business engagement and business relationship management practices.
- Knowledge of application design and development tools and processes.
- Knowledge of RFP / RFI development and processes.
- Ability to create project charters, status reports and work breakdown structures.
- Ability to simultaneously and effectively manage a variety of projects and efforts of various sizes.
- Ability to contribute to project management office capabilities.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a small to medium sized team.
- Ability to create project schedules and milestones.
- Ability to conduct training, knowledge transfer, and informational sessions.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences or proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
