Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical industry experience and working with Global teams
Location: Princeton NJ (hybrid onsite 3-4 days per week from the start)

Required experience includes:
•    10 years overall IT experience with 5 + years in Business Analysis with some of that experience being in implementing technology projects within Pharma industry
•    Must have excellent people and communication skills; self-motivated with ownership mentality
•    Must have proven experience with gathering business/functional requirements (Level 4 details).
•    Working with Pharmaceutical and basic GxP validation skills.
•    Experience working with globally distributed business and IT teams, especially in Japan, Europe, and India
•    Performs requirements analysis, writes clear and well-structured business requirements/documents, and drawing out end-to-end business flows.
•    Creation of user stories/journeys and creating user/process interaction maps or diagrams.
•    Experience working in custom application development projects (e.g., web applications or other PaaS-based projects).
•    Agile and Waterfall methodologies experience
Familiarity with SAP BTP/Build or equivalent PaaS technology is a plus
