Candidate should have at least 6-8 years’ experience in Mainframe and strong technical hands on experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM.
2. CICS and Teradata experience is an added advantage
3. Retail business knowledge as added advantage
4. Candidate should have strong analytical skills.
5. Should have good analytical and communication skills.
6. Highly motivated and have automation experience.
7. ITIL certified
8. Should aware of incident management, problem management and change management
• Total work hours for the week is 40, but candidate should be willing to work late hours, nights or weekends in case of critical P1 issues.
