Essential Skills:• Thorough understanding on CIAM business processes, use cases and hands on implementation experience in Web Access Management areas like Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, Multi Factor Authentication, Risk based Authentication, Identity Proofing, Web Fraud Management etc. using any leading access management products.

• Experience with PingIdentity, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure B2C, Auth0, IBM is an advantage.

• Must have done CIAM product evaluations based on customer requirements.

• Ability to understand the organizations’ Information Security “big picture” including the Compliance Regulations, business drivers, Access Management processes, tools, and practices and their inter dependencies; and at the same time should have attention to implementation level details

.• Strong understanding of Architecture, Design, and implementation experience in Web Access Management.

• At least 4-year experience in architecting highly available, scalable, and agile CIAM solutions (WAM, SSO, Risk based authentication, Federation, etc.) in alignment with larger enterprise (security) architecture.

• Handled minimum 3-4 projects in solution architect role capacity involving key activities such as Architecture, Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various systems and applications for various web access management use cases.

• Strong experience in preparing high level and low-level solution design documents.

• Should have at least 2-3 years development experience in JAVA programming language

• Should have in depth understanding of high availability aspects of access management components, its internal architecture, performance tuning and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.

• Certification in one of the leading web access management products.

Desirable Skills:Should be able to architect CIAM solution using one of the leading access management products such as PingID, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure B2C, Auth0, IBM.Should be able to run interactions/meetings with business, enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects independently.Raise visibility through analyst connects and access management solution development in collaboration with the competency center leadsShould be willing to learn other leading access management productsShould have good understanding on server and network architecture and technical know-how.
