Planned orders Material Master BOM Routing Work Centres Production Version

Hands on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics -(Configuration, testing, solutioning). S/4HANA PPDS implementation.
Specifically, MRP, Configurations like planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration & monitoring.
Knowledge and experience of master data distribution of work centres / Resources, production versions, PPMs, PDS, capacities, Time-streams, CIF-ing between ECC and APO.
Knowledge of working on Production orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centres, Production Version.
Material Planning using SAP MRP and LTP.
Should be familiar with Integration of SAP PP with Material Management, WM and QM.
Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces and developments as meet business needs.
Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
Contribution/Experience in SAP Implementation, rollout and support Project.
Experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning product implementation, Sales and Operations planning application, Demand Planning & Response and Supply.
Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules.
Knowledge in IBP preferable
Consulting experience in SCM domain specifically in demand planning and PPDS.

Role and Responsibility:

Prepare and execute client workshops.
Interface with clients to discover their business challenges.
Perform quantitative and observational data analyses.
Create and present client recommendations.
Lead the SAP S/4Hana PPDS implementation project for Auto OEM.
Lead the planning and roll out of PPDS for multiple shops in phased and agile way.
Understand challenges in SAP PPDS implementation and its success and prepare a handholding plan.
Analyse the organization processes which are must to be as per standard to make PPDS working and recommend improvement.
Understand front end Sales process, inventory processes and recommend improvements to make PPDS result as expected.
Design solution and plan its implementation to make SAP PPDS result as expected for an organization.
User handholding, user manual preparation and training to users.
