- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Salesforce and SAP integration requirements
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end testing of integrated systems
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate data synchronization, functionality, and performance across Salesforce and SAP platforms
- Identify and log defects in a clear and concise manner, working closely with development teams to resolve issues
- Create and maintain test data sets that reflect real-world scenarios and ensure thorough test coverage
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and integration specialists to ensure seamless data flow and system stability
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and compatibility testing to validate the impact of changes on integrated systems
- Participate in test automation efforts to enhance the efficiency of integration testing
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress and communicate any risks or delays to project stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices
