JOB DETAIL

1.       Delivery Manager Experience Level More than 10 years Skills & Job Responsibilities

2.       This Delivery Manager will be supporting enhancements to the End User area such as M365, PC and Printer refresh, and Windows upgrade. Experience in these areas would be beneficial but not required. Remote or local to Troy is acceptable. Delivery Manager skills:

3.       • Demonstrated ability to deliver development projects from inception to successful implementation

4.       • Solid project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and mid-size projects in a cross-functional environment

5.       • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

6.       • Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management

7.       • Demonstrated experience in creating detailed documentation for moderate sized projects

8.       • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve results

9.       • Good ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirement

10.   • Ability to communicate needs and schedules, as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to

11.   • Good ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner

12.   • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels

13.   • Good ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks

14.   • Ability to influence those not within direct control

• Ability to coordinate and execute cross functionally with technical managers, business managers, SMEs, and customers

• Some financial analysis skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
