Required Skills - AIA-Scrum Master

5+ years of experience as Scrum Master managing scrum teams and running Program Increments with SAFe agile principals.
Experienced in organizes and facilitates Program Increment planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint and release planning.
JIRA and Confluence tool proficient Ability to manage multiple teams.
JIRA Scrum Board and Backlog management
JQL experience to write filters for creating JIRA dashboards and reports.
Internal and external team dependencies resolution management experience
Partnership with the Product Owners and business users
Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies.
Responsible for maintaining the release plan as current along with any progress measures (e.g., burn downs and trends), preferably automated.
Evaluate and tailor project management and collaboration tools, e.g., task boards, whiteboards, etc., anything needed to generally support and foster transparency.
