-QA engineering background with automation and analysis. Blended automation QA and Business Analysis.
-Roughly 10 years of experience ideally.
- Understanding of data metrics – Tableau
- Requirements gathering
- Supervising of the application
- Automation testing (Selenium)
- Test plan creation, Test case creation, building scripts from scratch
- Scripting
-BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fields
-9/10+ years as a QA Engineer Analyst in a mid-large size enterprise/corporation.
-Experience with Test Strategy, Test plan and test case creation, execution in agile environment
-Hands-on automation solution development using Selenium, Loadrunner, Pupeteer or similar solutions.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document test plans, scripts and test cases, support knowledge base updated
-5+ years working with Agile, Scrum processes and experience in documenting use cases and test cases
-Experience with incident management and tools like Service Now, JIRA, GIT
-Excellent analytical skills to ensure root causes are identified for issues.
-Excellent Excel skills to document metrics and trends.
-Proficiency for documenting critical events, meetings and flows for communications and learnings.
-Ensure requirements traceability is maintained in the validation test scripts and results
-Create well-designed presentation and documentation templates
-Excellent data analysis and proficiency in SQL to access relational DB
-Experience with test data prep for SQL/ NoSQL databases
