•             Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and other components to meet business objectives.

•             Customize ServiceNow UI/UX using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring optimal user experience and interface design.

•             Design and implement ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and data visualization.

•             ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
