- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including at least 2-3 years of experience in using the ServiceNow Gen AI features and capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.
- Hands on experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web technologies and frameworks.
- Hands on experience in using various ServiceNow modules and applications, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and platform capabilities like GenAI, Custom Apps., Flow Designer & Employee Center.
- Hands on experience in integrating ServiceNow with various external systems and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
- Hands on experience in developing conversational AI solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent, ServiceNow Chatbot, and ServiceNow Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
- Hands on experience in applying machine learning and analytics techniques using ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills and the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Must have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
