The customer is looking for a candidate with strong VMware generalist skills (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and who also has VxRail knowledge. The resident would be help support with the following types of tasks (not limited to these)

• Day to day VMware operational tasks/activities
• Support with
o ESXi
o VM machine builds
o VMware tools
o Health checks within the environment
• Provide KT for general VMware infrastructure management, how to do permissions , standard VM management, licensing, and vSphere networking
• Provide VxRail operational support as needed
• Resident must be proactive with the customer
• Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no directions
