• Translate functional specifications into technical specification via user story in Jira application.
• Analyze inter-dependencies, system requirements, risk to identify what could be impacted by new products, services, processes, or support technologies.
• Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document, and maintain system requirements for Operations Support System (services provisioning, mobile activation, and usage metering).
• Produce detailed analyses and document recommendations while leveraging new technologies and capabilities.
• Translating assumption, risks, and business and non-business requirements into technical user story.
• Participate and understand the technical design related to the user story to support development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define application dependencies and impacts.
• Convert technical roadmap features and enablers into user stories.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• 5 + years of telecommunications experience
• 5+ years of software development and implementation experience
• 5+ years of system analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration a related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), and collaboration skills.
