Must Have Skills:
• SAP EAM/PM with S4 HANA
• 4-5 Years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP EAM / PM module with S4 HANA exposure.
• S4 experience preferred with knowledge of SAM.
• 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred with knowledge of SAM

Nice to have skills:
• SAP S4 experience preferred with knowledge of SAM
• Azure DevOps
• Proficient in written & spoken English

Desired years of experience: At least 4+ years of SAP EAM Solution design experience

Top responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
• Strong experience in end-to-end Plant and Asset planning design and development including integration with other functional areas like RTR - Record to Report, Make to Deploy and procure to pay.
• Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Plant and Fleet Maintenance (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Center, Work/Entry Permits et al)
• Should have worked on global templates and ability to understand the complex requirements.
• Should have experience on end-to-end integration with other legacy systems
• Conduct integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Worked with client to prepare test scenarios for FUT, SIT, RT, UAT
• To have knowledge of the ERP high-level design, architectural policies and principles, design and programming guidelines, implementation risks and mitigating measures, integration strategies, configuration controls
• Adhere to client’s change control standards & client methodology / Technology COE standards.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills with experience in coordinating with business process owners and stakeholders
• Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or System configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting client needs.
• Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Experience with ASAP and Agile methodologies.
• DevSecOps would be preferable.
• Experience with ChaRM, HPE ALM, SAP Solution Manager
• Relevant SAP certifications is desirable.
• Food Industry experience is a plus.
• 100% Travel expected to client sites
