Here is the required skill set:

•             Degree in UX, HCI, Information Design, Human Factors, Psychology or related field; professional certification or equivalent practical experience

•             Three-plus years of user experience design, with experience designing enterprise-level applications

•             Strong design skills with representative portfolio of work

•             Experienced in using Figma design/prototyping tool

•             Disciplined self-starter with strong attention to detail 

•             Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills 

•             Ability to partner with lead UX Designers to contribute to design solutions and deliver on project design
