Looking for a Python developer
familiar with CI/CD and Git processes
unit testing, should know SQL and Excel
should be able to crunch numbers, analyze data
not looking for a Unix system admin, should be familiar with simple Unix commands
it is primarily Python, but they do have Java code
15% Java, 85% Python code
should be able to make changes in the existing code in Java and add some as well
we will be implementing financial forecasting in Python
using Pandas mainly, Sea born they will be using moving forward
no frontend work involved
they have web services, but no UI
there will be coding test in the interview, doesn’t need to run, logic should be correct
looking for Master’s degree in candidates and it is non-negotiable
not expecting any prior experience in for casting or financial services industry
should have some kind of exp. related to Computer Science and exp. in Java/Python in school
