Proactive in all areas of job and be able to command a project (drive accountability of project resources, provide direction, clear obstacles, stay ahead of potential risks).
Able to build a WBS and project plan without guidance, and effectively manage the work.
5+ years of experience in project management including developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, estimating size and effort for new deployment projects.
Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC and governance best practices. Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
Self-starter who can dive into complex projects and take it forward with minimal supervision.
Proficient with project management s/w tools as well as other productivity tools including MS Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Excellent communications skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written)
Ability to direct and drive complex project efforts to completion. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
