Strong proficiency with C# .Net and Angular is a must.  
Experienced with writing and maintaining Jasmine tests 
Experienced with writing and maintaining SpecFlow Tests  and SQL 
Our front-end relies on REST webservices to speak with the backend, so the developer must be very comfortable creating and using webservices.  
Dev should be able to do analysis on stories and story pointing work as part of an Agile team.
