Mandotory Skill-

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a complete understanding of each workstream in Global Accounting

• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas of General Ledger, International Accounting, and Fixed Asset

• Act as a key contributor to S4 HANA implementation, including strong leadership in: o General Ledger o Document Splitting o Data Migration o International Accounting o Fixed Assets

• Create, document, and ensure business requirements are met during delivery

• Good understanding of how each workstream interconnects and consider the holistic impact on the entire system

• Collaborate with IT to ensure business requirements are translated to detailed functional requirements for the design and delivery of functionality

• Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing and assist in the resolution of any functional issues • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during data migration, performing reconciliations and validation • Provide oversight of project deliverables; maintain implementation progress

• Supervise project team members

• Be the bridge between business users and IT Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field

• 15+ years of consulting experience in SAP implementation; focus on General Ledger, Document Splitting, Fixed Asset and International Accounting

• Demonstrated the ability to lead cross-functional projects

• Experienced knowledge of accounting policies, SOX controls, and financial statement preparation

• Familiar with Blackline, Tableau, Power BI, Ariba and Concur is a plus

 

 

Experienced team member with high levels of independence in planning and carrying out work within a framework, guiding team members. Provide administrative and functional support to Revenue/ Invoicing and AR team. Lead the team in managing and handling the entire or specific Finance functions across the organization.

4. Provide support to business unit leadership in decision making in functional areas of Finance.

5. Enable the organization to solve problems, flow of information and make decisions at the lowest level of responsibility.

6. Lead financial planning functions across the organisation in support of goals and objectives.

7. Performs analysis / reporting.

8. Monitor revenue and Invoicing.

9. Assist the Accounting department with special projects as needed.

10.Identify risks or opportunities for revenue enhancement; propose appropriate actions.
