JOB DETAIL

What Will you Do?

• Oversee the integration of multiple systems into Oracle ERP

• Interface with third-party implementation vendors on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, Bar Code Systems, and EDI implementations

• Collaborate with global consulting firms for project integration

• Implement Waterfall and Agile methodologies as per project requirements

• Ensure successful project delivery within the defined timeline and budget

• Manage project resources and stakeholders effectively

 

• Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication strategies. Define project objectives and success criteria.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective communication. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, track progress, and proactively address potential issues or roadblocks. Monitor project performance against established metrics and take corrective actions as needed.

• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, team members, and external partners. Provide regular project updates and address concerns promptly.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance project outcomes.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change orders, and lessons learned. Generate comprehensive project reports for senior management and other stakeholders.

• Innovation and Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management framework within the organization.

 

What Experience Should you Have?

• Proven experience in overseeing the integration of multiple systems into Oracle ERP

• Strong background in interfacing with third-party implementation vendors on TPM systems, Bar Code Systems (RF Gun Software), and EDI implementations

• Experience in collaborating with global consulting firms for project integration

• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred
