Needed Senior Delivery Manager/ PM resource to support the RFP, implementation,
- PMP (or similar) Certification
- Parking/Curbside specific experience 3-5 years
- Public Safety experience is a plus.
- Someone who has experience with large, complex, high dollar, high touchpoint across the client org (internally and externally)
Someone with executive presence (ability to present to clients as well as our leadership
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years of transportation experience
- Proactive in all areas of job and be able to command a project (drive accountability of project resources, provide direction, clear obstacles, stay ahead of potential risks).
- Able to build a WBS and project plan without guidance, and effectively manage the work.
- 5+ years of experience in project management including developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, estimating size and effort for new deployment projects.
- Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC and governance best practices.
- Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Self-starter who can dive into complex projects and take it forward with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with project management s/w tools as well as other productivity tools including MS Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communications skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written)
- Ability to direct and drive complex project efforts to completion.
