- 10+ years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
- Working knowledge of developing and customizing core ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change etc.
- Hands-on Experience in the development complex Service Catalog & Orchestration workflows
- Good Experience with CMDB to establish relationships between CIs
- Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.
- Working on Data sources and building transform maps to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow
- Hands-on Experience with scripting (Service & Client side) - Client scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Background scripts, etc.
- Build ServiceNow Reports & Dashboards
- Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
- Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
- Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflows
