Project Scope:
- Will the primary goal of optimizing operational efficiency, this resource will work on the IAM Security team supporting the automation of Santander's in-house tool, develop and modify applications/ specialized utility programs, and develop software solutions.
- Team is.NET Core but ok with brining a developer on board that’s .NET instead.
Development Methodology: Agile
High-Level Individual Duties:
- System design, testing, execution, analysis, and implementation
- Support clients, project team, management, and both internal and external authors
- Source control with Azure DevOps
- Creating automated unit tests
- Code & peer reviews
- May support front end development if needed (AngularJS, Design, TypeScript, JavaScript, CCS)
- Eventually moving into cloud (future plans)
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- .NET /.NET Core with C#
- SailPoint IAM
- Azure DevOps (SVN or GiT is OK)
- Must be hands on with clean coding ability.
- Mid to senior
- Soft skills: must be sharp, willing to learn and adapt, and have strong communication for internal and external collaboration.
