·Looking for a Senior Business Analyst (ERP/SAP Implementation) to work in Chicago, IL or Northwest Indiana or Indianapolis, IN
·10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D business processes
·3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D
·Experience with at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle ERP/SAP implementations as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D
·Experience in working with various teams (including Shop Floor, Back Office, and IT) to define, design, and implement business solutions in a methodical manner
Responsibilities:
·Gather business requirements for ERP implementation (Shop Floor level) by interacting with business users
·Effectively communicate and coordinate with technical team to ensure technical solution addresses all business needs
·Translate requirements to detailed processes, data requirements, and system maps
·Liaison between business and IT to ensure smooth implementation of ERP solution
·Create documentation and operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language as needed
·Assist in change management and adoption planning
·Organize acceptance testing and/or conduct system testing as applicable
·Interact with business teams, technical services, and third party support partners
·Ability to manage a small team of analysts, including delegation, task assignments, and performance management
Qualifications:
·10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D business processes
·3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D
·Proven experience in Requirements Gathering, Solution Deployment, and End User Engagement
·Experience with at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle ERP/SAP implementations as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D
·Experience in working with various teams (including Shop Floor, Back Office, and IT) to define, design, and implement business solutions in a methodical manner
·Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Relational Databases, and Workflows
·Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Project Coordination/Management skills are preferred
·End User experience in SAP is preferred
·Six Sigma Certifications are preferred
