Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assist with the development and review of requirements and design documentation
- Identify and recommend business, design, test, and deploy process improvements
- Review and prepare scripts for independent, UAT and/or regression testing, particularly for complex scenarios or changes.
- Review release notes and other materials related to new releases
- Review and support QA test activities for complex changes and monitoring changes implemented
- Provide recommendations regarding the readiness of releases for production.
- Analyze and develop business process solutions
Minimum Requirements (including but not limited to):
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of similar work experience (business analysis and testing/QA)
- 3 + years of experience supporting Social Services and Eligibility programs such as CalWIN, CalSAWS, C-IV, etc.
- 3+ years of design and testing of eligibility systems in a QA role
- 2+ years of experience developing and reviewing requirements and tracking requirements through implementation.
- Experience working on public sector projects (local/state/ federal agencies)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Test experience with modern testing and testing tools such as Selenium.
