- Service Scope: Level 2 Support for IAM SailPoint
- Requirement gathering, design and implementation of projects
- Developing new functionalities for access requests, approvals and access reviews based on client requirements.
- Upgrading and patching the Sailpoint IIQ ? Handling bug fixes, enhancements in the current functionality.
- Managing external and internal users for the client through Sailpoint.
- Effectively using the version control and configuration management tools like JIRA, BitBucket, Jenkins.
- Following the best coding standards ? Handling testing of all the projects which are developed.
- Handling Sailpoint tickets and change requests, launching certifications, pulling detailed reports for access reviews.
- Handling deployments in all environments ? Providing support to the users on how to use the tool and solve queries.
- Monitoring the environments for task failures and critical alerts ? Sailpoint IIQ upgrade versions.
- External Identity Management in Sailpoint .
- WAR based deployments using CI/CD pipeline (Automating deployment process).
- Very strong in Java Development ? Very strong in Bean Shell Scripting
