10+ years of experience in Design , development, implementation, and production support of complex systems.

Proficient in .NET/C#/SQL Server/DevOps

Proven hands-on Experience with Azure Functions, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, Synapse, Azure Monitor.

Proficient in Log Analytics, App Insights, Azure Monitor, KQL and Alert.

Sharp problem-solving skills. 

Proficient in site reliability culture and principles and familiarity with how to implement site reliability within azure cloud platform.

Understands service level indicators and utilizes service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers.

Uses existing tools to troubleshoot problems or flaws affecting the availability, reliability, performance, and/or efficiency of components or features with guidance from other engineers.

Suggests potential solutions to resolve and prevent recurring issues and brings them to the attention of other engineers or team leads.

Proven ability to work with developers and guide them on using best practices and get issues resolved.

Experience with one or more Site reliability monitoring tools.

Excellent communication skill. Proven Ability to work in multi-shore and multi-vendor environment.

Participate in 24x7 SRE on-call rotations and escalation workflows.

Azure AZ-204 Certification preferred.

Certification in SRE preferred
