JOB DETAIL

The Technical BA will take ownership as the primary point of contact for a number of Benefits Carriers in various stages of the Carrier Integration enrollment process. This person will serve as a liaison between the company and customer teams as well as all levels of leadership, internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as a dedicated success manager focused on successful completion of initial go-live of Carrier integration and successive releases

Collaborate and cultivate effective business relationships with internal and most importantly, external business partners to achieve mutual goals and deliver successful project outcomes

Build relationships with outside carriers to facilitate successful integration into our customer's platform.

Track and report on integration by Carrier to both *** leadership and Carrier leadership

Serve as the first level of customer contact for all technical questions related to CI

Create project plans, Jira projects, and timelines according to critical milestones

Work with Carrier technical teams to understand CI API architecture, payload formatting, and critical standards in place to ensure seamless payload delivery

Serve as part of production support for carriers post-go-live

Guide carriers through additional phases after the initial product launch

Set expectations with external teams and drive accountability through the influence

Communicate Proactively issues and roadblocks that impede project timelines to avoid project delays and missed milestones

Manage critical dependencies between parallel work groups in order to create positive outcomes

Own voice of the customer process for funneling and prioritizing product change requests as part of an Agile SDLC

Required / Desired Skills:

10 or more years of project management experience in applications development

5 or more years of experience leading projects focused API design
