MUST be local to Iselin, New Jersey Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

· 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience

· Work closely with business users at all levels to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.

· Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building, and testing financial business applications.

· Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically send status reports.

· Ability to provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office, and back-office users.

· Should have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills.

· Should have prior experience interacting and communicating with senior management.

· Should have experience working in fast paced, high pressure environments.

· Should be able to drive projects with minimal, unstructured or no requirements.

· Should be able to track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion.

· Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues.

· Ability to prioritize and allocate resources and tasks effectively.

· Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and work with multiple teams

Skills:

Ability to capture UI requirements

Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology is a must.

Should have prior financial domain/investment banking experience.

SQL knowledge and data mining skills.
