Experience required:

o 5-10 year’s working experience in the building and maintenance of Property & Casualty Insurance Policy Administration systems. Specialty Lines knowledge preferred.

• Experience in directing and guiding other Team members.

Skills and Requirements:

• Outstanding analytical skills are a must and candidates should be prepared to provide examples of successes and failures when their analysis was the basis for improvements and change.

• Strong and clear writing skills translating business needs into technical requirements that Developers can easily understand is a must. Candidates able to provide examples of their work is desired.

• Has to have a proven history of organizing and communicating with the varied Teams already mentioned. This requires collaborative and consensus building strengths.

• The ability to balance multiple priorities and problem solve effectively and independently in a fast changing environment

• A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and its relationship to business processes and best practices.
