JOB DETAIL

• Experience in migration of data from a customized SAP CRM/ECC/BW environment to SAP S/4HANA  (2+ years);
• SAP ECC, CRM and/or BW work experience (7+ years);
• Experience using various data migration tools and solutions that apply to
SAP data migration implementations (2+ years)

For CRM, ECC, BW and Interface Developer:
• Experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/or Interfaces in SAP (5+ years);
• Experience as a project lead with development staff (2+ years);
• Experience working in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance (8+ years);

Preferred:
For ERP Programmer/Analyst:
• Experience mapping CRM/ECC functionality to S/4HANA;
• Brownfield implementation experience

For CRM, ECC, BW and Interface Developer:
• Migration experience to S/4HANA;
• SAP S/4HANA related certifications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and manage a data migration prep plan, monitor the progress, and manage
any necessary changes, issues, and coordinate resolution.
• Identify and manage project risks, planning for documentation of potential risks, assist
with implementing and managing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present data migration preparation status reports and metrics, defining and
developing schedules and/or activities, estimate resources and activity durations; monitor the
progress of the data migration efforts; compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance; adjust schedule/resources to ensure that key milestones are reached.
• Assist in functionality mapping to S/4HANA.
• Planning and identifying human resource needs
