• Should have experience setting up and configuring AEM as Cloud Services including setting up deployment and code quality pipeline.
• Experience have hands on experience in developing components and writing OSGi services
• Should have good experience in undering Design Systems and how it integrates with AEM
• Should have good understanding of Adobe Cloud Manager
• Should be good exposure working on large scale AEM implementation
• Experience working with Headless implementation of AEM. 
• Should have hands on experience in creating Content Fragment Models. 
• Experience with Asset Metadata profiles and schemas.
• Should have experience integrating AEM with third party applications.
• Should be able to lead a conversation with the business for capturing the requirements and guiding them based on best practices.
• Should be able to create and manage documentation on the technical implementation.
• Should have good experience working in Agile methodology.
• Should have experience in writing clean code using best practices.
• Deploying new AEM content via CI tool, Package manager and Cloud Manager.

Good to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of GraphQL is preferred.
• Experience with StoryBook 
• Good understanding of CDN and caching mechanism
• Devops experience is an advantage.
• Experience with React/Next JS is advantage.
• Professional certification.
