Must-Have Experience:
 - Lead or Participate in requirements gathering/JAD sessions; working closely with Project Manager(s), Development team, SMEs, Vendor, and Business Users.
 - Proven ability to collaborate with business users to gather and document business requirements.
 - Facilitating business/functional requirement review, approval, and sign-off sessions.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio).
 - Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions, and verifying solutions meet requirements.
 - Strong understanding of SDLC methodology.
