Prior experience as a Product Owner for a set of features/apps/capabilities

Must come from banking, financial services, or lending (lending experience preferred)

Can create requirements and user stories           

Can curate a Product backlog     

Has hands-on process modeling experience using BPMN notation           

Excellent oral and written communications - comfortable leading meetings with architects, developers, and business stakeholders

Can work with software developers to explain product features and requirements

Can analyze current state processes and design future state processes that infuses digital/automation technologies to drive efficiencies
