Manages and follows SDLC and gathers system requirements, configures system, and translates business requirements for developers to implement. Monitors solution integrations to ensure functioning of integrated systems.
Manages issue triaging, including troubleshooting, investigating, performing root cause analysis, and engaging stakeholders for issue resolution.
Works with internal and external stakeholders to develop new requirements for the design and implementation of new service tools and improvements. Proactively communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Identifies and drives business, project process, and workflow improvements where appropriate.

Order to Cash cycle is required.
Ability to design and manage complex integrations including Order Import from external systems, WMS, OTM, GTM, Precision, Regulatory, (3rd party Logistics) and other CRM systems like Salesforce.
