Working with ITS and business stakeholders to define product (HR system) goals and develop an enhancement roadmap
Assisting with the development of system mock ups and other design documents
Assisting the development team in clarifying system requirements
Assisting with Prototype and Proof of Concept exercises
Prioritizing enhancement work based on business value
Verifying that the system enhancements meet stakeholder needs thru feedback channels and testing
Participate in the development of project, work stream, and sprint planning to sequence the delivery of system enhancements and new functionality to business owners
Develop artifacts required to support Software Development Lifecycle standards
Develop analyses and other products to support Program governance and project management efforts
Deliverables:
SDLC artifacts developed to industry and State standards
Reports and presentations on technical analyses and recommendations
Reports and presentations on Prototype and Proof of Concept exercises.
