You not only have a deep understanding of Lean, Agile, and SAFe values, principles, and practices, you have experience facilitating individuals and teams as they learn and apply them to achieve team goals in service to an ART
You understand how to facilitate team ceremonies to engage all team members for effective outcomes
You have experience using team-level metrics that aid the team in understanding their progress and opportunities for improvement
You facilitate team preparation and readiness for PI Planning and facilitate team activities
You coordinate dependencies with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, System Architects, shared services, and the RTE during PI planning and throughout PI execution
You partner with the ART's Release Train Engineer (RTE) to aid the success of the ART through team and program execution
You help the team identify and resolve impediments, and effectively call out impediments that cannot be resolved at the team level
You partner with Managers of team members to identify team dynamics, interpersonal issues, or skill deficits that may be detrimental to team performance
You promote quality and assist the team in the adoption and application of DevOps practices and tools
Required experience/education:
You've earned a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or have related work experience
